Job summary

TEECOM is seeking an experienced engineer to deliver coordinated discipline designs including layouts, calculations, and specifications aligned with engineering intent. You will mentor designers and engineers, lead design reviews to reinforce TEECOM standards, and document client-specific nuances across project tools.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical preferred) and 6+ years in AEC, with proficiency in Autodesk products, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services with discipline-specific capability.
• Proficiency in Autodesk products, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated discipline designs including layouts, calculations, and specifications.
• Lead technical design reviews to reinforce TEECOM standards and identify coordination risks early.
• Maintain clear documentation of decisions and client-specific nuances across project tools.
• Mentor Designers and engineers through structured coaching, quarterly feedback, and hands-on design guidance.
• Strengthen team capability by engaging in design reviews and cross-discipline discussions.
• Contribute to training resources that accelerate the growth of junior engineers.
