Job summary

TEECOM seeks an Associate Principal to lead mid- to large-scale, multi-discipline projects, guiding programs from programming through closeout, clarifying requirements, coordinating design, and documenting decisions to meet TEECOM’s quality and constructability standards.

You will mentor Designers and engineers, participate in design reviews, and help strengthen client relationships through clear communication and thoughtful problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services with demonstrated discipline-specific capability (Telecom/ICT, Structured Cabling, Low Voltage)
• Experience leading discipline portions of mid-to-large-size projects and providing guidance to Designers or engineers
• Strong proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, 365 Suite, Google Workspace, and GitHub

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design reviews that reinforce TEECOM standards and improve documentation clarity
• Coordinate across disciplines to ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence
• Mentor Designers and engineers through guidance, reviews, and timely feedback
• Support pursuits by providing scope input and interview support
