Job summary

NewRocket in the United States is seeking a Delivery Director for Telecommunications to lead regional delivery and drive telecom-grade SLAs across CSP clients. You will own client relationships, staff delivery teams with OSS/BSS and ServiceNow expertise, and govern engagements spanning TSOM, CSM, TNI, FSM, and AI-enabled service delivery.

A strong focus on order-to-activate, trouble-to-resolve, and data-driven fallout metrics is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting Delivery, focused on CSPs/TMT
• 6+ years’ experience with ServiceNow Telecommunications solutions: TSOM, CSM, TNI, FSM and OSS/BSS integration
• Working knowledge of telecom processes like order-to-activate, trouble-to-resolve, service assurance
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Familiarity with TM Forum standards and APIs (eTOM, SID) and mapping to ServiceNow capabilities
• Strong leadership and communication skills for executive audiences
• Financial knowledge; sales value training is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide regional delivery leadership with 5-star, SLA-grade service for CSP engagements
• Build trusted telecom stakeholder relationships to drive project success and growth
• Staff delivery teams with Telecom/OSS-BSS expertise and ServiceNow capabilities
• Oversee transitions from sales to delivery, including SOW reviews and kickoff
• Manage project escalations and ensure adherence to NewRocket methodologies
• Drive adoption of agentic AI to improve productivity and outcomes
• Oversee order management delivery depth, integrations with OMS platforms, and fallout analytics
• Own regional delivery portfolio, forecasting, and revenue/margin achievement
• Lead, coach, and mentor delivery teams across time zones
• Collaborate with sales to drive bookings and expansion with CSP logos
• Align with offshoring strategy to optimize resource utilization
• Contribute to platform/tech landscape across OSS/BSS and AI tooling
