Job summary

NewRocket is seeking an Area Delivery Director for the Eastern US to drive delivery excellence, customer satisfaction, and portfolio growth. You will oversee engagements across the region, partnering with project managers, engagement leaders, and sales to ensure seamless execution of services and strong client relationships.

The role demands senior leadership with deep ServiceNow and AI delivery knowledge, a focus on margins and KPIs, and the ability to mentor regional delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in professional services/consulting with 8-12 years in program/project management.
• 5+ years leading delivery portfolios with large distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow domains, delivery methodologies, and portfolio management.
• Deep knowledge of consulting, professional services, enterprise delivery and client-account management.
• Experience with portfolio, program, and project-management governance.
• Solid understanding of enterprise AI delivery including generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and workflow automation.
• Broad understanding of ServiceNow domain areas, platform capabilities, and AI-enabled experiences.
• Proven ability to build client trust and manage financial performance of services portfolios.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery leadership across the Eastern US.
• Serve as escalation point and trusted advisor to client executives.
• Ensure projects are staffed for success with resources from Delivery teams.
• Maintain margin control and continuous improvement in delivery practices.
• Collaborate with Sales to expand accounts and drive bookings growth.
• Lead, mentor delivery teams and manage career progression.
• Represent the region in cross-company delivery initiatives.
