Qualifications

• 12+ years in professional services or consulting
• 8–12 years in program/project management
• 5+ years leading delivery portfolios and distributed teams
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and delivery governance
• Experience with enterprise AI delivery (LLMs, RAG, workflow automation)

Responsibilities

• Provide regional delivery leadership across Eastern US
• Forecast, plan, and manage margins for the portfolio
• Collaborate with Sales and India delivery teams
• Maintain delivery quality and customer satisfaction
• Coach and mentor delivery staff across time zones
