Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a Delivery Director for Telecommunications to lead high-stakes CSP delivery programs across OSS/BSS and AI-enabled service delivery. You will own client relationships, govern multi-project engagements, and ensure telecom-grade SLAs while driving portfolio growth across TSOM, CSM, TNI, and FSM platforms.

You will collaborate with global delivery resources, guide pre-sales handoffs, and champion continuous improvements in delivery excellence with a focus on agentic AI adoption

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting Delivery, with CSP/TMT focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 5-star telecom engagements with strict SLA adherence.
• Build trusted relationships with telecom stakeholders to drive project success and growth.
• Staff projects with telecom/OSS-BSS depth and ServiceNow TSOM, CSM, TNI, FSM expertise.
• Oversee SOW reviews, kickoff planning, and cross-team coordination.
• Manage project escalations and ensure delivery quality and compliance.
