Job summary

NewRocket seeks a Delivery Director for Telecommunications to lead large CSP delivery portfolios, ensure high-quality outcomes, and drive revenue growth across OSS/BSS programs. The role requires deep expertise in TSOM, CSM, TNI, FSM, and complex integrations, with a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

The leader will manage regional delivery, coordinate with global teams, and guide the adoption of agentic AI in service delivery for improved productivity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in professional services or consulting delivery, CSP/TMT focus.
• 6+ years' experience with ServiceNow Telecommunications solutions: TSOM, CSM, TNI, FSM, and OSS/BSS integration.
• Working knowledge of telecom operational processes: order-to-activate, trouble-to-resolve, service assurance.
• Familiarity with TM Forum standards and TM Forum Open APIs and related data models.
• Carrier-grade background with large CSPs is preferred (ILECs/CLECs/MSOs).
• Leadership experience: 5+ years of people management and cross-time-zone teams.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Leadership & Excellence across CSP engagements with telecom-grade SLAs.
• Develop trusted relationships with telecom stakeholders to drive project success and growth.
• Staff projects with Telecom/OSS-BSS experts and ensure ServiceNow capabilities are included.
• Guide SOW reviews, kickoff, and transition from sales to delivery teams.
• Oversee project escalations and ensure compliance with NewRocket standards.
• Drive adoption of agentic AI to improve productivity and service outcomes.
