Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• Advanced technical computer skills for support specific to functional area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ticket reporting and SLA timelines; ensure accurate status updates.
• Monitor daily work orders for moves, adds, changes and repairs of voice/data connections.
• Install/terminate Category 3, 5E, 6, 6a, CATV low voltage wiring and related jacks.
• Test, label and organize cables per Telecommunications standards; remove old cables as needed.
• May assist with off-hours projects and site surveys; work with staff and customers.
