Job summary

Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a skilled Business Installation and Repair Technician to install and maintain voice, data, security and VoIP systems across North America. You will travel to client sites, work with a laptop and software applications, and build trust with customers while delivering best-in-class service.

This role requires 1–5 years in telecom or electrical fields, strong communication, independence, and knowledge of Cisco systems. Weekend and on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in Telecommunication networks or similar electrical fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong technical aptitude.
• Working knowledge of Cisco systems or similar equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain voice, data, security and VoIP systems and equipment.
• Build on customer service skills to ensure work orders are completed.
• Travel to customer locations within defined geographic area for installations.
• Use a laptop and various software applications.
