Job summary

Burlington Telecom is seeking an energetic Customer Experience and Sales Representative to handle customer service for video, internet, and phone services for residential and commercial clients. The role is full-time and onsite in Burlington or Essex, with hourly rate $21.00–$23.00 plus commissions and overtime where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service, call center, or retail sales experience; telecommunications sales or MVNO/wireless experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willing to participate in NCTI certification/development courses and MVNO/product training.
• Prior sales quota or wireless/MVNO product experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and organize tasks in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Troubleshoot broadband, video, and phone issues over the phone.
• Use PC and software applications including CRM/POS systems.
• Educate customers and promote/sell services, including MVNO plans.
• Process payments and handle billing adjustments.
• Follow up on sales leads and close activations.
