This onsite role offers base pay with commissions and strong growth potential. You can earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $18,000 yearly in commissions for meeting goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience demonstrated through work or military.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays (schedule provided 4 weeks in advance).
• Open to picking up additional shifts during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and solutions to provide a complete top-down sales approach.
• Close sales with effective communication to meet customer needs.
• Participate in ongoing training and up-skill across merchandising and inventory functions.
• Possibly expand customer base with outbound calls and texts to existing Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events to grow loyalty.
