The position is full-time and onsite, offering hourly pay with commissions and overtime where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service, call center, or retail sales experience; telecommunications sales or MVNO/wireless experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Willing to participate in NCTI certification/development courses and MVNO/carrier-specific product training

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for video, high speed internet and telephone services
• Sell and promote company products including MVNO mobile plans and bundles
• Handle billing adjustments and process payments
• Follow up on sales leads and close activations and porting requests
• Troubleshoot basic service issues over the phone
• Maintain professional image and assist customers in a friendly manner
