CITADEL Pacific Ltd in the CNMI seeks a Customer Care Representative to act as the telephone point of contact for requests about landline, cellular, or internet service, including new or additional services, disconnections, billing questions, regulations, and policies.

The Representative sells telecommunications products over the phone, informs customers of promotions, and handles various call center calls for CNMI and Guam, including creating repair reports and processing payments and tickets

Formación

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
• Work experience: 1 year in telephone operator and customer service.
• Typing speed: 55 wpm to service customers during peak periods.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer service requests through the service order process.
• Answer inquiries regarding service offerings, rates, charges, and policies.
• Initiate sales effort of products and services via telephone.
• Handle courtesy calls for verification and follow-ups.
• Use web-based apps to email, view bills, and create support tickets.
• Assist with repairs and view billing history in CostGuard/Care menus.
• Meet PUC time objectives and internal quality targets.
