Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and STS-C certification are preferred.
• Experience on large commercial/industrial projects as a superintendent is expected.
• Strong communication, organization, and safety management skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day coordination of trade partners to meet project schedule.
• Develops and communicates field work plans with changes.
• Maintains contract documents to anticipate problems and supports safety plan.
• Leads subcontractor meetings and manages project scheduling and logistics.
• Coaches junior engineers and supports buyout and change management.
