Job summary

You will collaborate with customers, engineers, and subcontractors to plan work and meet deadlines.

You will recruit and develop talent, manage time and budgets, and document progress while upholding OSHA and company procedures. This role involves outdoor work and extensive travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Demonstrated field experience with digging operations and heavy equipment.
• Must be able to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and mentor foremen and crews for on-time completion.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and promote career advancement.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity meet objectives.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Maintain daily logs and timely reporting to management.
