Job summary

PUSH, Inc. in Montana is seeking a Superintendent to manage projects, provide direction, and mentor project foreman and crews.

You will help ensure safety, quality, productivity, and profitability while meeting or exceeding customer requirements. The role requires excellent relationships with crew, foreman, subcontractors, customers, and engineers; travel 100% and be away from home for extended periods; lead staffing, training, planning, scheduling, and overseeing daily field operations to keep

Qualifications

• Five years supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as backhoe/loader, excavator, cable plow, and compact track loader.
• Valid Driver’s License; Class A CDL preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Lead, direct, and mentor foremen and crews to achieve on-time completion within budget.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage employee relations, recognition, discipline, and performance evaluations.
• Recruit subcontractors and approve units, production, quality, and inventory.
• Plan pre-mobilization of crews and equipment for projects.
• Maintain daily logs, review time reports, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
