Job summary

PUSH, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to manage and oversee telecom infrastructure projects, mentor foremen, and ensure safety, quality and profitability. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, customers and engineers to meet or exceed project requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, planning and communication skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards across all project activities. Travel and field duties are routine.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in a utility construction setting.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams, coordinate crews and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, organization and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity targets for projects.
• Lead, direct and mentor Foreman and crews to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Staff projects, recruit talent and promote career advancement.
• Manage project planning, scheduling and change orders to meet deadlines.
• Monitor performance, resolve issues and maintain relationships with customers and subcontractors.
• Oversee documentation, time reporting, invoices and paperwork daily.
