Job summary

PUSH, Inc. seeks a Superintendent to manage telecom infrastructure projects, direct crews and foremen, mentor staff, and ensure safety, quality, productivity, and profitability across sites.

This role requires collaboration with customers, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project goals. The Superintendent will plan and schedule work, recruit staff, monitor performance, approve hours and paperwork, and maintain daily logs.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in a utility construction setting.
• Field experience with digging operations in city and rural areas and operating equipment such as backhoe/loader, excavator, cable plow and compact track loader.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Lead, direct and mentor foremen and crews to ensure on-time completion and meet financial and non-financial objectives.
• Staff projects, recruit and retain talent, promote career advancement.
• Manage employee relations, recognition, discipline and performance evaluations.
• Recruit subcontractors for approval and manage change orders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare and maintain project planning, scheduling, and daily logs; monitor performance and resolve issues.
• Review and approve daily time, time reports, invoices and purchase orders.
