Job summary

PUSH, Inc. seeks a Superintendent to oversee telecom infrastructure projects and mentor Foreman and crews. The role requires coordinating safety, quality, and productivity while maintaining client satisfaction across all sites.

You will recruit talent, manage subcontractors, plan mobilizations, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience in utility construction or related field.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead teams.
• Valid Driver’s License; CDL preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Lead, direct, and mentor Foreman and crews to complete on time and within budget.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage subcontractors and approve production and quality standards.
• Plan, schedule, and mobilize crews and equipment to meet deadlines.
• Maintain daily logs and review time, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
