Job summary

PUSH, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to manage and oversee telecom infrastructure projects, mentor foremen and crews, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability.

The role requires coordinating with crew, subcontractors, customers, and engineers to meet deadlines and budget goals on assignments nationwide. Qualified candidates will have at least five years of supervisory experience in utility construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Experience with heavy equipment and site operations.
• Understanding of safety regulations and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Lead, direct, and mentor foremen and crews to ensure on-time completion and budget goals.
• Staff projects, recruit talent, and promote career advancement.
• Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate subcontractors and change orders for timely approvals.
• Maintain project plans and scheduling to meet deadlines.
