Job summary

Verità Telecommunications Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead telecommunications construction projects from initiation through completion. The role involves overseeing planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and client communications to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in telecommunications construction, utility construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end telecommunications construction projects, including fiber optic, wireless, broadband, and network infrastructure deployments.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule, budget, and quality concerns.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage project financials, including forecasting, invoicing, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Review contracts, scopes of work, permits, and project documentation.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Support the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Foster strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
