Job summary

Verità Telecommunications Corporation is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and completion of telecommunications projects from our Indianapolis, IN location. You will liaise with internal teams, field staff, vendors, and customers to coordinate activities, track milestones, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of project coordination, telecommunications, construction, or related experience.
• Knowledge of wireless, fiber optic, broadband, or telecommunications infrastructure projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple telecommunications projects from initiation through completion.
• Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones to meet deadlines.
• Communicate updates, risks, and status reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, field operations, and vendor teams.
• Schedule site surveys, installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor documentation, permits, contracts, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain project records and ensure data accuracy in management systems.
• Identify potential risks and elevate issues as needed.
• Support procurement activities, including equipment ordering and vendor coordination.
• Facilitate project meetings and document action items and follow-up actions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
