ByVerTek is seeking a Director of Construction to oversee telecom infrastructure deployments, ensuring strategic execution, budget adherence, and compliance with industry standards. The role will drive field operations, lead teams, and collaborate with other departments to optimize service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in telecom field operations-construction, with leadership experience, and strong knowledge of underground and aerial construction methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Telecom, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in telecom field operations-construction with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure and industry standards.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement field construction strategies for efficient installation and delivery of telecom projects including FTTH, fiber, and HFC.
• Forecast and plan infrastructure needs and technological advancements.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate field staff to ensure high performance and growth.
• Guide and execute best practice methods to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Implement KPIs to assess operational efficiency and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
