Star Construction is seeking a Telecom Manager to lead a defined region's construction activities, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring safety and compliance. The role acts as a liaison across departments and manages vendor contracts from bidding to approval.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on process improvements within a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an industry-related Engineering or Project Management field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on Telecommunications industry experience.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret documents; write reports.
• Strong communication skills with customers, vendors and staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Organize, direct, and supervise construction activities for a defined area.
• Coordinate scheduling and communication; liaison to Star Construction on production, subcontracting, progress and delays.
• Manage vendor and subcontractor agreements with pricing approvals.
• Participate in hiring, coaching, onboarding, and performance management.
• Enforce contracts and company policies with subcontractors.
