Job summary

Star Construction is seeking a Telecom Manager in Bentonville, AR for a hybrid role overseeing region-wide construction activities, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. You will lead crews, ensure safety and compliance, and act as the main liaison with internal teams and vendors.

You'll drive vendor management, hiring support, and performance development, while enforcing contract terms and ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Must pass a background check and company drug screening
• May be required to work after hours; weekends or be on-call as needed
• Regular and timely attendance is essential
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers
• Ability to read, understand and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals
• Able to read and write reports and communicate with customers, vendors and coworkers at all levels
• Proven leadership in a cross functional team environment

Responsibilities

• Defined area/region operations including daily production with supervision of crews
• Assist with employee development and performance planning
• Ensure customer requests are handled professionally and timely
• Vendor management within ethical guidelines
• Manage material vendors and subcontractor agreements with senior approvals
• Assist with hiring, coaching, onboarding, and discipline as needed
• Bi-annual evaluation of major suppliers and subcontractors
• Enforce contract agreements and company policy with subcontractors
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve goals and maintain business continuity
• Perform other managerial tasks as assigned by the direct manager
