Responsibilities

• Plan and organize material deliveries, equipment, manpower and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule
• Ensure sites meet customer specifications and SBA quality standards
• Inspect job sites daily for plan compliance and quality; take corrective action when needed
• Enforce SBA and OSHA safety practices; conduct weekly safety meetings
• Oversee subcontractor work to meet schedule, quality and budget requirements
• Interface with client representatives on site to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain open communication with field personnel and internal teams
• Record hours worked and describe work performed for Territory Management
• Notify Territory Management of resource and equipment needs
• Provide daily site updates and communicate any schedule changes to the team
