Job summary

SBA Communications Corporation is seeking a Supervisor, Construction to manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction and colocation projects. You will supervise field staff and subcontractors, ensuring sites meet customer specs within budget and timeframes.

On-site client liaison and rigorous safety practices are essential. Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, monitoring progress, and communicating daily status to management and the client.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ years of construction or equipment installation experience.
• Wireless telecommunications experience preferred.
• Domestic travel required; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and organize material deliveries, equipment, manpower and subcontractors.
• Supervise field employees and subcontractors to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Inspect job sites daily for adherence to plans and quality standards.
• Enforce SBA safety practices; conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Interface with client representatives to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain daily status reports and coordinate with Territory Management.
