Qualifications

• 2–5 years of construction supervision experience.
• Knowledge of field construction practices and budgets.
• Strong planning, organization and scheduling abilities.
• Effective communication with diverse on-site teams.
• Ability to lead safety programs and enforce standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure activities comply with plans, specs, and codes.
• Lead safety meetings and develop the Project Specific Safety Program.
• Monitor schedules, durations, and material needs.
• Direct field staff, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement and invoicing oversight.
