Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is hiring an Equipment Foreman in Blaine, MN. You will oversee crews, ensure projects stay on schedule, manage equipment and materials, and uphold a safety-first culture.

The role requires at least three years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED. You’ll work under the Operations Production team, coordinating with supervisors and maintaining DOT paperwork while adhering to all OSHA and company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Foreman experience preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.

• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.

What you’ll do

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred
• All offers contingent on passing background, drug test and driver's license check

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Telecom Construction Equipment Foreman is$30.00 - $40.00.
