Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman to lead field crews on telecom projects in Minnesota. You will supervise teams, manage heavy equipment, and ensure safety and DOT compliance to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires at least three years of related foreman experience, a valid driver’s license, and authorization to work in the U.S. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience required.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.
• 18+ and authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone follows company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll do

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Foreman TelCom Construction Equipment is$30.00 - $40.00.
