Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC. is hiring an Equipment Foreman for our Telecom Construction team in Willmar, MN. You will lead crews to meet project timelines, safely operate and maintain equipment, and report progress to the Supervisor.

You’ll supervise training, enforce OSHA and DOT safety policies, and keep accurate DOT paperwork and production notes. We offer competitive wages with weekly pay, paid time off and holidays, comprehensive insurance, a 401(k) with company match, education

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• A valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need

• To be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• A valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
• At least three years of related experience
• Previous Foreman experience preferred

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely : work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally : use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Traveling Foreman TelCom Construction is $28.00 - $38.00.
