Job summary

TelCom Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Foreman to lead telecom construction crews in Blaine, MN. You will supervise daily field operations, ensure projects stay on schedule, and manage equipment and materials for safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the supervisor, training crew members, maintaining DOT paperwork, and upholding OSHA safety policies in all weather conditions. A valid driver's license and minimum 3 years foreman experience are required.

Qualifications

• To be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred.
• At least three years of related experience.
• Previous Foreman experience preferred.
• All offers contingent on passing background, drug test and driver's license check.

• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Assist the Supervisor with day-to-day activities and provide updates as needed.
• Oversee and help with training of crew members.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain production notes & DOT paperwork.
• Operate heavy equipment and machinery, complete maintenance.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations with arms above shoulder level, work at heights & in confined spaces, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift greater than 55 pounds
• Occasionally: use ladder, keyboard and mouse

The wage range for Telecom Construction Equipment Foreman is $30.00 - $40.00.
