This role collaborates with Project Managers, Construction Managers, field personnel, subcontractors, customers, and accounting staff to verify production, resolve billing discrepancies, and maintain project records.

Qualifikationen

• Must demonstrate ability to complete high-level tasks in support of an assigned department/project.
• Must have at least one year of experience in QuickBooks or QBO.
• Ability to receive, organize, file, and maintain documents and/or data for an assigned department/project.
• Must be able to communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned departments/projects.
• Must have at least 2 years of related billing work experience.

Aufgaben

• Review daily production reports and related documents for accuracy and completion.
• Enter and maintain production information in company and customer systems.
• Prepare customer billing based on approved production, contract pricing, units completed, and POs.
• Verify quantities, rates, project codes, locations and supporting documentation before billing submission.
• Ensure all billable work is captured and billed within required cycles.
• Track production from completion through customer approval and invoicing.
