Qualifications

• Experience with telecommunications billing preferred.
• Knowledge of HFC/FDX construction.
• Ability to read prints, maps, and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with billing systems or customer portals is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process billing for completed OSP projects.
• Review FDX and HFC construction work for billing accuracy.
• Validate billable units, quantities, footage, materials, and rates.
• Compare field production to designs and work orders.
• Identify missing or incorrect billing information before invoicing.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and field staff to resolve discrepancies.
• Verify supporting documentation and complete records.
• Track unbilled work to prevent revenue loss.
• Maintain accurate billing records and project documentation.
• Research disputed billing and coordinate corrections.
• Assist reconciliation between production, customer quantities, and invoiced amounts.
• Follow customer-specific billing procedures.
• Maintain organized documentation for audits.
• Communicate outstanding issues to Operations promptly.
