Job summary
Arvig in Ada, MN is seeking a Combination Technician to execute service orders for commercial systems, perform installations and upgrades, and maintain optimal system performance while delivering professional customer interactions.
You will troubleshoot advanced technical issues, uphold safety, keep equipment and vehicles ready, and complete documentation accurately. This role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation and competitive pay.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience with installation, repair, and disconnection of telecommunications services.
- 5+ years of experience operating test equipment.
- Valid Class D Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
- Good analytical skills, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to adapt and embrace new technology and products; work effectively with a wide variety of personalities.
Responsibilities
- Execute service orders for commercial systems, repairs, and facilities maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues.
- Perform installations and upgrades.
