Arvig is hiring an Installation Technician to perform residential installations and service requests, delivering a positive customer experience with quality work under guidance. The role requires 2 years of customer interaction and familiarity with tools and basic telecom equipment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00AM–4:30PM, with on-call rotation on weekends and potential overtime, located in Ada or Twin Valley, MN.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer interaction experience.
• Experience operating hand tools and troubleshooting electronics, computers, routers, streaming devices or apps.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install residential installations and service requests, ensuring a positive customer experience and high quality while under supervision.
• Work schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00AM–4:30PM with on-call rotation including weekends; overtime as needed.
