Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking hands-on I.T. and Telecom technicians to support a growing national client base.

This role goes beyond typical helpdesk work, including OS installs, structured cabling, and telecom terminations across diverse sites. You will work independently in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, maintaining professionalism and readiness to respond to service requests within your territory.

Qualifications

• 1 year IT/Telecom experience and either A+ or Network+ certification, or 5+ years in the field.
• PC and printer troubleshooting experience is a strong plus.
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling, drilling, running, and dressing cables.
• Telecom work such as punch-downs and demarc extensions.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Be on call and respond to service requests within your territory.
