AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled IT/Telecom technicians to support our growing national client base. This role goes far beyond basic helpdesk tasks—one day you might be installing an operating system, the next you’re drilling through walls and running structured cabling across entire buildings, or terminating a 66-block.

Responsibilities include OS installations, hardware diagnostics, structured cabling, and telecom work across diverse environments.

Formación

• At least 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience.
• Certifications such as A+ or Network+ or 5+ years verifiable field experience in I.T./Telecom.

Responsabilidades

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup.
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables).
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions).
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients; be on call and respond to service requests within your territory.
