Centerline is seeking a Civil Foreman in the Georgia market to perform masonry tasks including building forms and pouring concrete pads for equipment placement, structural shelter foundations, and tower foundations. This role requires extensive cellular construction experience and the ability to lead crews.

The candidate will supervise Construction Journeyman, Apprentices, and subcontractors, maintain client relations, and ensure safety while meeting quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience required in Civil construction including earth moving, equipment operation, concrete and related works.
• Ability to read construction drawings and interpret general job-related documents.
• Experience leading crews and coordinating subcontractors on site.

Responsabilités

• Under direct supervision of Project Manager, perform masonry tasks and oversee forms and concrete pads.
• Directly oversees Construction Journeyman, Apprentice, and subcontractors and coordinates work.
• Maintain onsite relationships with the customer and communicate daily with project management.
• Lead safety inspections and ensure compliance with state/local codes and best practices.
• Willing to travel in SE USA up to 5 days per week and manage the crew on site.
