Legacy Telecommunications is seeking a Civil Foreman to lead and mobilize crews on telecommunications towers and infrastructure projects. You will oversee safety, run trenching and foundation activities, and ensure quality workmanship across sites.

The role requires reading drawings, coordinating with crews, and traveling up to four weeks at a time. New hires undergo orientation; wage increases after 90 days; benefits include health, retirement, and per diem while working out of town.

Qualificações

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, piping diagrams, and specs.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to oversee crew safely.
• Effective communication and customer service with clients.

• Lead crew in completing jobs safely and efficiently, including trenching, foundations, grounding systems, and conduit installation.
• Run equipment and manage daily site activities; coordinate training and certifications.
• Perform routine maintenance of vehicles and equipment; maintain tool inventory.
