Astound is seeking a Retail Sales Representative at our Maryland/DC retail centers. You will sell packages, demonstrate services, and communicate promotions to inbound customers, while building rapport and guiding buyers to the best fit.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and a customer-focused attitude. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for call center experience and bilingual abilities.

Qualifications

• Phone customer support/service background in call center environment preferred.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal skills with customers, peers, and management.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor.
• Demonstrates knowledge of cable and data products and services.
• Ability to learn and retain new information quickly.

Responsibilities

• Sell target products and packages and communicate system prices, channels, services and packages.
• Demonstrate Astound's products and services to inbound traffic at retail center.
• Communicate current promotions and offers to customers.
• Establish rapport and match customers with suitable packages.
• Review current service level and introduce new offerings as appropriate.
• Assist customers to resolve questions and ensure positive experience.
