Astound is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to engage customers in a busy retail setting, explain products and promotions, and match customers to suitable service packages. You will demonstrate offerings, process payments, and ensure a positive experience.

Ideal candidates have call center experience or strong customer service skills, with knowledge of cable/telecom products and the ability to learn quickly and solve problems. This full-time role includes competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Phone customer support/background in a call center preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customers, peers and management.
• Bilingual skills preferred; friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor.
• Demonstrates knowledge of cable and data products and services.
• Ability to learn and retain new information quickly.
• Demonstrates ability to diagnose and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Sell target products and packages and communicate prices, services and packages to customers.
• Demonstrate products and services to inbound retail traffic.
• Explain current promotions to customers and qualify needs.
• Establish rapport and match customers to suitable packages.
• Review current service level and introduce new services as appropriate.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and positive experience; resolve issues quickly.
