Astound in California is hiring Retail Representative I–III to sell packages, demonstrate services, and promote promotions at the retail center. You will engage customers, assess needs, and suggest the best fit while representing a professional image.

The role emphasizes strong communication, product knowledge, and problem solving. Prior customer service experience and bilingual ability are advantageous in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Phone customer support background in call center environment preferred.
• Exhibits strong interpersonal skills with customers, peers, and management.
• Demonstrates ability to diagnose and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Sell target products and packages and communicate prices, channels, services and packages to customers.
• Demonstrate Astound's products and services to inbound customer traffic at the retail center.
• Communicate current promotions and offers to all potential customers.
• Establish rapport with visitors and match them with suitable packages.
• Review current service level and introduce new services as appropriate.
• Provide accurate feedback to customer issues by improving knowledge of services/equipment.
• Process installation, service changes, and disconnections per policy.
• Receive payments, issue receipts, and balance cash drawer daily.
