Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Drafting, Design, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams delivering telecommunications, infrastructure, or building projects.
• Proficiency with BIM and CAD software tools, such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of telecommunications systems, design documentation, and BIM workflows.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM models and drawings for telecommunications systems across projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and other disciplines to ensure integrated and clash-free designs.
• Support project teams by producing deliverables that meet schedules and quality standards.
• Apply BIM standards and best practices to resolve design challenges.
• Assist with model management, document control, and project reporting.
