Qualifications

• At least 3 years of related work experience in telecom or similar fields.
• Certification as a pole climber or willingness to obtain certification.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical exam for a valid medical card.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of telecommunication cables and materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
• Complete daily work orders and maintain safety compliance documentation.
