Job summary

VCI Construction, LLC. is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to lead on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will guide a crew, provide support, and travel for storm responses as needed.

The role requires at least 3 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a DOT physical. We offer weekly pay, PTO, 401(k) with match, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean record.
• DOT physical exam and medical card required.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to become certified.
• CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems per codes and customer requirements.
• Maintain safe work areas and ensure smooth traffic flow on site.
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Safely use hand and power tools (wrenches, drills, saws).
• Provide guidance and support to others on the crew.
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks documenting productivity and safety.
