Job summary

Axiom Path is seeking an operations-oriented professional to join our telecom and inventory management team in Cornelius, NC. You will manage telecom inventory, validate data, and support billing and financial reconciliations while serving as the primary contact for client accounts.

You will collaborate with procurement, warehouse, finance, and sales to ensure smooth service delivery, renewals, and proposals. A strong attention to detail and customer-focused communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of telecom experience including carrier products, ordering, and billing.
• 3 to 5 years in account support, operations, inventory management, or related functions.
• Familiarity with carrier services and lifecycle of orders, inventory, billing.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or similar business systems preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a customer focus.
• Ability to learn proprietary platforms quickly.
• Bachelor's or higher in Business, IT, Operations, or related field preferred; experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile telecom and technology inventory using proprietary platforms, ERP systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory, client, service, and operational records.
• Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, physical verification, and asset verification.
• Support telecom-related accounting activities including AP/AR, costing, data validation, reconciliations, and variance reporting.
• Act as day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, responding to inquiries and coordinating follow-up across internal teams.
• Maintain client documentation and support recurring account reviews and communications.
• Partner with procurement, warehouse, operations, finance, account management, and other teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate service delivery.
• Support renewals, proposals, pricing updates, and basic service-expansion opportunities.
• Document processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows, operating efficiency, data quality, and the overall client experience.
