Job summary

Axiom Path is hiring for a full-time onsite Wireless Operations Support role in Cornelius, NC. You will coordinate wireless service requests, activate devices, and manage appointments while collaborating with carriers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth mobility programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in cellular or wireless industry a plus.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple requests through completion.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate wireless service requests, device orders, activations, upgrades, replacements, and service changes.
• Track commitments and action items, identifying delays or missing information.
• Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, vendors, and customers to resolve issues.
• Participate in customer meetings and document decisions with follow-up actions.
• Research device and wireless account issues using carrier portals and internal systems.
• Maintain accurate tickets, device, account, inventory, and operational records.
• Support wireless billing reviews, data validation, and cost-optimization initiatives.
• Create and maintain operating procedures and knowledge-base materials.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Support customer transitions and mobility projects by tracking milestones.
