Responsibilities

• Ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Support a 5-day turnaround for new item creation requests.
• Ensure a 24-hour turnaround on direct Sourcing requests.
• Drive direct vendor requests to the Sourcing team.
• Accurate review of items added to the system.
• Manage weekly item maintenance files.
• Support Capital Equipment Procurement initiatives.
