Job summary

Century West BMW in Universal City seeks a Service BDC Representative to support our Service Department through appointment coordination, customer follow-up, and inbound/outbound communications. The role requires organization, customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage calls, emails, and inquiries, schedule service appointments, and maintain CRM records while delivering a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an automotive BDC role is required
• Previous service BDC experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills (phone, email, text)
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-first mindset and team-oriented attitude
• Proficiency with CRM systems (ADP/CDK a plus)

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound service calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Schedule and confirm service appointments efficiently and accurately
• Follow up with customers regarding upcoming, missed, and recommended services
• Re-engage inactive customers and support retention efforts
• Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure smooth appointment flow
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Deliver a high-level, professional customer experience in every interaction

Century West BMW is seeking a Service BDC Representative to join our high-performing team in Universal City. This role is critical to delivering a premium customer experience by supporting our Service Department through appointment coordination, customer follow-up, and inbound/outbound communication.

Compensation

• $20/hour base pay
• Monthly performance bonus tiers based on:
  • Appointments set
  • Show rate
  • Repair order (RO) conversion

What You’ll Do
